Prolyft is the only chain motor manufacturer to offer a lifetime warranty on their motors, backed up by an international network of authorised service points. Annual certification of the hoist is registered in an online database allowing users to view service history and certification test certificates from any computer with internet access. Tracking the hoists through the database is accomplished with the use of RFID tags fixed to each motor which means that even a second hand motor can be identified with all it's service history and certification certificates.
