C52T Tower

Prolyte has developed a new tower system to complete the range of MPT and ST towers. The new CT tower is designed for constructions with higher towers, which can resist higher loading. The new C52T tower can be built to a total height of 20m. The mast sections are available in several standard lengths (code: C52T-L…).

The mast sections have a dimension of 530 x 530mm and the chords have dimensions of 60x5mm. These larger and thick-walled chords make it possible to reach this height of 20m and to be able to absorb substantial forces. The mast sections have a three-sided webbing. One side has horizontal bracing, which enables safe and easy climbing of the mast, once erected. This bracing is made of 48x3mm tubes. The mast sections are connected to each other with the standard CCS7 conical coupling system.

The base section of the C52T tower is similar to that of the ST tower. It has the same outside dimensions and set up. An extra pair of holes is made to accommodate the CCS7 coupler system that attaches the mast section to the base section. Extra spindles are added to the base section to absorb the extra forces resulting from added loading capacity of the tower. Existing ST base sections can be upgraded for the CT tower or request. The short and long out riggers are identical as that of the ST tower.
